2. General provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") set out the terms for using the services provided at the hospitality units operated by Pirog-Da Kft. By using our services, the Customer accepts the provisions of these T&C.

3. Scope of services

Pirog-Da Kft. provides the following hospitality services:

• Dine-in service (at our locations)
• Takeaway food orders (placed in advance or on-site)
• Home delivery (via external partners, e.g. Wolt, Foodora)

4. Ordering process

4.1. Dine-in

Guests can order directly at the counter on-site, and the food is prepared fresh.

4.2. Takeaway orders

Based on orders placed by phone or in person. Preparation time: typically 15-25 minutes.

4.3. Home delivery

Through our partners (Wolt, Foodora, etc.). Delivery terms can be found on the respective partner's platform.

5. Prices and payment

Prices: Prices shown on the menu are in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash (HUF)
• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
• SZÉP card (hospitality sub-account)
• Online payment (for partner deliveries)

6. Allergen information

Our dishes may contain allergens. A detailed list of allergens is available on our menu and at our locations. Please inform our staff if you are allergic to any ingredient.

Main allergens: gluten, egg, milk, fish, mustard, celery, nuts, etc.

7. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, due to the nature of hospitality services, the consumer is NOT entitled to the 14-day right of withdrawal, since the food is a freshly prepared, perishable product.

8. Complaints and warranty

8.1. On-site complaints

In case of a quality issue, please notify our staff immediately on-site. We aim to resolve the problem with an immediate replacement or refund.

8.2. Complaints after the fact

Possible in writing (email: info@pirog-da.hu) within 48 hours, providing the following information:

• Place and time of purchase
• Items ordered
• Detailed description of the issue
• Copy of the receipt/invoice (if available)

8.3. Warranty rights

Your warranty rights are governed by Hungarian Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.

9. Liability

Pirog-Da Kft. excludes liability for:

• Damage caused by guests
• Lost or stolen personal belongings
• Allergic reactions, if the guest did not inform our staff in advance
• Delays or errors caused by external delivery partners

10. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Data processing is carried out in compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

13. Governing law

These T&C and any legal relationships arising from them are governed by Hungarian law, in particular:

• Civil Code (Act V of 2013)
• Consumer Protection Act (Act CLV of 1997)
• Electronic Commerce Act (Act CVIII of 2001)

14. Miscellaneous provisions

- Should any provision of these T&C become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these T&C. Customers will be informed of any changes via the website.
- In case of disputes, we primarily seek an amicable resolution.
